CAROLINE SKELLY
Caroline has been working in the fitness industry since 1999. Achieving an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Health Science and more recently a masters in Sports nutrition as well as many other qualifications and experience. For the past 23 years Caroline has worked with thousands of clients working to achieve many different goals, overcoming client barriers and catering to a vast range of targets and individual needs.
More recently Caroline has had the privilege of working with elite sports professionals at Sale Sharks rugby and Swim England athletes as a performance nutritionist.
